Mark Lyle, CEO

Mark Lyle is the former President and co-founder of Zadall Systems Group, which he built from a start-up business in 1981 to a 230 employee dominant provider of pharmacy automation software and services in the US and Canada. In 1994 Zadall was acquired by National Data Corporation. Mark held follow-on management responsibilities with NDC until 1998. After leaving NDC, Mark was an initial investor and consultant in several Internet service provider enterprises and in 2001, Mark founded eRx Network. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta, Canada in 1978.

Murray Lyle, President and COO

Murray Lyle brings over 25 years of IT experience to eRx Network. Murray has been the President and co-founder of Allwin Data since 1997, building the company from a data entry and batch processing entity to a leading provider of EDI services to the retail pharmacy industry. Murray started his career with IBM Canada and also was the Director for Technical Services for the NDC subsidiary Zadall Systems Group. Murray holds a degree in Civil Engineering at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Todd Evans, Vice President, Operations

Todd Evans joined eRx Network in 2004 with 16 years general management experience within the heath care and human resources disciplines. Prior to joining eRx Network, Todd served in executive leadership roles for two large group medical practices where he was responsible for overseeing all operations including implementation of electronic medical records and claims processing. Todd holds both a bachelors and masters degree from East Carolina University.

Kevin Mahoney, CFO; Vice President, Finance

Kevin Mahoney has held various senior financial management positions during the past 25 years. Prior to joining eRx Network, Kevin was the Senior Vice President and CFO of Cornerstone Properties, Inc. While at Cornerstone, he was responsible for all debt and equity financing including their initial public offering and two mergers valued in excess of $1 billion each. Mr. Mahoney earned a BA degree in Accounting from Belmont Abbey College and an MBA from Pace University in New York City. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Rick Sage, Vice President, Business Development & Industry Relations

Rick Sage has been involved in the pharmacy industry for over 25 years. Rick began his career in retail pharmacy in 1978 with Osco Drug where he held a variety of management positions until 1989. Rick then moved into a variety of corporate support roles with American Drug Stores. In 1996, Rick was part of the initial start up team with RxAmerica, a national Pharmacy Benefit Management company. Rick led Albertson’s healthcare systems application team until joining eRx Network in 2001. Rick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Economics from Illinois State University.

Derrick White, CTO; Vice President, Technical Operations

Prior to joining eRx Network, Derrick White was co-founder and CTO of SecureTrade, a Singapore-based start-up which provided an internet-enabled B2B payments network for Asian markets. Before starting SecureTrade, Derrick consulted on a number of cyberpark projects, including the Subic Bay Cyberzone (Philippines) and Jordan’s Port of Aqaba. In addition to his experience in Asia, Derrick worked for IBM Global Services, primarily designing portal implementations for the Federal government. Derrick is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Mark Wilgus, Vice President, Sales

Before joining eRx Network in 2002, Mark Wilgus was with Sterling Commerce (a subsidiary of SBC Communications) in Sydney, Australia as Manager of Technology Infrastructure for Asia-Pacific Operations. Previous to his work in Australia, Mark was based in London, England and Irving, Texas in various roles with Sterling Commerce. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
