Customer Support
eRx Network recognizes the importance that the customer support function serves in delivering comprehensive pharmacy solutions. Our Customer Support team is comprised of individuals who are experienced in various aspects of pharmacy. As a helpdesk, we are committed to providing our customers with the information and advice they need to manage their business and serve their customers. We understand and appreciate the pressures that are faced on a daily basis in the pharmacy setting. For that reason, it is our goal to provide timely service while maintaining a courteous manner and helpful attitude. All eRx customers are welcome to contact our agents at any time based on the below availability.
Our Customer Support helpdesk is available M-F 8am to 10pm, and Sat. 10am to 4pm EST. On-call Support Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for issues relating to our claim switching, pre/post editing, and electronic prescribing products.
